What is the Fruit Tree Farm Rewards Card?

The Fruit Tree Farm Rewards Card is our way of saying "thank you" to our valued customers for their loyalty. The Rewards Card is FREE and lets our customers start saving immediately with every eligible purchase.

How does it work?

Every eligible $1 purchase* earns 1 point. Once 1,000 points are accumulated, $10.00 will be discounted at the next purchase* of $10 or more. Points are not transferable. Card must be swiped at start of transaction to qualify points. Points cannot be applied retroactively. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points qualified only at Fruit Tree Farm located at 1500 Sunrise Hwy, Copiague, NY 11726. Points will be deducted for refunded purchases. Purchase amount is rounded down to nearest whole dollar to calculate Points.

*Purchases excluded from Rewards: alcohol; tobacco; purchases from “The Fish Place”; phone/prepaid cards/gift cards; charitable donations; medication; bottle deposit; sales tax; and any other items specified as exclusions by Fruit Tree Farm.

How can I sign up?

Registration forms are available at Check Out and Customer Service. Sign and return completed form to receive Rewards Card.

What if I lost my card?

No worries! Visit the Customer Service department and ask for a new card to be issued. 

Who is eligible?

Anyone residing in the U.S. over the age of 18 is eligible to apply; only one card per household.
